Your contribution to the energy transition
- Ensure that project is delivered on-time. Create full-scale project plans & construction schedules. Track project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure that project is delivered within budget. Keep overview of budgetary objectives, identify discrepancies and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Ensure that project is delivered within scope. Monitor compliance with specifications and requirements included in project contracts and other related project documents.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
- Ensure resource availability/allocation and technical feasibility. Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of the project.
- Liaise with project stakeholders on regular basis. Develop and deliver progress reports and presentations to the Project Sponsor and other company executives and to the customer.
- Implement & comply with JUWI processes and standards.
Your energy is required
- University Degree in Engineering. Management studies at a post-graduate level will be considered a plus.
- Proven working experience in project management, preferably in solar projects. PMI certification will be considered an asset.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Experience of contract management and knowledge of standard contract forms.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Project & MS Office.
- Fluent in Italian and in English (verbal & writing).
- Excellent communication skills: able to communicate across levels both internally and externally.
- Ability of working autonomously, decision making and problem solving.
- Team player with evident leadership qualities.
- Willing to travel frequently, locally and internationally, and stay on site.
- Demonstrable ability to work in matrix organizations and to operate in a culturally diverse international environment.
- Previous experience managing a team will be considered a plus.
