Your contribution to the energy transition
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and safety management systems tailored to the EPC project.
- Conduct HSE risk assessments and safety audits, identifying potential hazards and developing risk mitigation plans.
- Review and ensure all project activities comply with local and international HSE regulations and standards.
- Coordinate HSE compliance with Client and subcontractors, ensuring they follow safety standards and reporting requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the implementation of safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead safety audits, identifying non-conformities, and working with project teams to ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
- Report on HSE performance, incidents, and improvement measures to management.
- Organize and deliver HSE induction programs and continuous training for project personnel.
- Raise awareness regarding HSE issues and promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across the project team.
Your energy is required
- Degree in security engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental engineering or similar fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in HSE management in EPC projects, preferably in the renewable energy in Italy.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 e 14001 standards.
- Knowledge of safety (e.g., Legislative Decree 81/2008) and environmental (e.g., 152/2006) legislation.
- Familiarity with POS, DVR, DUVRI, Risk Assessments.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken), knowledge of additional languages is considered advantageous.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) will be a plus.
