Your contribution to the energy transition

You can look forward to the following tasks:
  • Support to all compliance processes (internal compliance, GDPR, 231, other compliance duties).
  • Support the periodic legal and compliance group reporting.
  • Corporate secretariat (drafting of notices of call and corporate bodies’ meeting minutes) and bookkeeping.
  • Drafting of Power of attorneys and other public documents.
  • Management of the external notaries.
  • Creation and maintenance of document databases.
  • Antimafia declaration collection and filing.
  • Rating of legality filing and maintenance.
  • General support to the Head of Legal and Compliance Italy.
  • Support in carrying out internal beauty context aimed at selecting external service providers.
  • Revision of basic contracts (such as NDAs).
  • Basic support activities (such as prints, bindings, scans and photocopies).
 
The above list is not exhaustive, having the purpose of describing the general content of, and requirements for, the performance of this job. Additional or different tasks may be required as the department needs might be.

Your energy is required

You impress us with these qualifications:
  • Italian degree in Law (first level at least).
  • At least 2 years after Italian qualification to practice law obtainment (BAR admission).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent level of English (C1).
  • Working knowledge and competency with Office. 
  • Excellent writing and communications skills.
  • Global mentality and team playing.
  • Collaborative and Problem-solving attitude. 
  • Adaptability to a fast-growing environment.
  • Eager to grow both professionally and personally.
