Your contribution to the energy transition

As our O&M Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the safe, reliable and efficient operation and maintenance of the utility-scale PV plants within the regional cluster. This is a site-based role requiring regular travel between the plants within the cluster. 
 

The role reports to the Team Lead O&M Utility Scale Plants. The cluster comprises PV plants located across the Kozani and Grevena areas of Western Macedonia.

You can look forward to the following tasks:
  • Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operation and maintenance activities across the regional cluster, ensuring compliance with company procedures, contractual requirements and plant performance targets
  • Develop, implement and monitor the Facility Operation Plan, including preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, resources, planned outages and spare-parts management
  • Work closely with the Team Lead O&M Utility Scale Plants to develop, implement and continuously improve operating procedures, maintenance processes and working practices
  • Manage and support the multidisciplinary site team, including work allocation, training, competence, authorizations, performance and on-call coverage
  • Coordinate closely with the Control Room to monitor plant performance, manage alarms and faults, and ensure timely troubleshooting, escalation and restoration
  • Act as the primary site-level operational and technical point of contact for the Employer or Asset Manager, IPTO, OEMs, subcontractors and competent authorities, within delegated authority
  • Ensure the effective implementation of HSE requirements, permit-to-work, LOTO, risk assessments, emergency arrangements and incident reporting across the cluster
  • Monitor plant availability and recurring technical issues, coordinating root-cause investigations, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate subcontractors and OEM service teams and oversee spare-parts availability, warranty and claim management, maintenance records and regular O&M reporting
  • Provide management oversight across all PV plants within the cluster and coordinate the site team’s stand-by and emergency-response arrangements, including management escalation when required

Your energy is required

You impress us with these qualifications:
  • Degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in power generation, energy or industrial assets, including utility-scale solar PV O&M experience and leadership of multidisciplinary site teams
  • Strong knowledge of QHSE, maintenance planning, incident response, contractor management and technical reporting
  • Good technical understanding of utility-scale PV plants, including trackers, inverters, MV stations, SCADA systems and plant-performance analysis
  • Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate technical personnel, subcontractors and external stakeholders
  • Experience with MV/HV substations, grid-connection infrastructure, protection systems, switching coordination and communication with IPTO or another system operator will be considered an advantage
  • OEM training or practical experience with utility-scale inverter and tracker technologies will be considered an advantage
  • Fluent in Greek and English, with strong IT skills and a valid driving license
