Your contribution to the energy transition
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the O&M portfolio for utility-scale solar plants
- Build and maintain relationships with asset owners, IPPs and investors
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial O&M proposals tailored to client needs and RFQs
- Lead contract negotiations and close O&M service agreements
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth targets
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to define competitive service offerings
- Support project handover from O&M Sales to execution of O&M contracts
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Stay updated on regulatory, technological, and market developments in the solar PV sector
Your energy is required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy, or equivalent) or Business with strong technical exposure.
- 3 - 7 years of proven sales experience, ideally in B2B environments (energy, services, industrial, or similar sectors)
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals against targets
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in client acquisition and relationship management
- Previous experience in solar PV or O&M is not mandatory, but interest in renewable energy is a plus
- High motivation to quickly learn the utility-scale PV O&M business and market dynamics in Italy
- Willingness to develop technical understanding through hands-on exposure and internal training
- Results-oriented and self-driven, with a strong hunter mentality
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to engage with different stakeholders (technical and non-technical)
- Structured approach to pipeline management and opportunity tracking
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Availability to travel within Italy
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, “build-from-scratch” attitude
- Valid driver’s license.
