Your contribution to the energy transition
The role contributes to the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, ensuring alignment between local statutory requirements and Group reporting standards, and acts as a key point of reference for stakeholders.
Core Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Oversee and manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable.
- Review and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy of general ledger accounts.
- Manage analytical accounting with increased ownership and oversight.
- Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of Financial Statements according to Italian GAAP.
- Ensure correctness and compliance of pay slips accounting.
- Review and validate purchase orders and related administrative documentation
Financial Reporting
- Prepare and review IFRS adjustments, reclassifications and reporting entries required for Group consolidation purpose
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information reported to HQ and Group requirements.
- Prepare internal and external financial reports with a high level of accuracy and reliability.
- Manage intercompany reconciliation processes and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Group entities.
Tax & Compliance
- Oversee preparation and submission of fiscal requirements (e.g., VAT, Intrastat).
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and internal accounting policies.
Process Improvements & Team Support
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (HR, Procurement, Operations).
- Perform complex ad‑hoc analyses and tasks as required by the Accounting, Tax and Treasury Team Leader.
Your energy is required
- High school diploma / Degree / Master’s qualification in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- If holding a degree or masters qualification, at least 8 years’ experience in accounting roles, preferably within international or project‑based environments, reporting to headquarters or group-level finance functions, collaborations with internal departments and external auditors/fiscal advisors.
- If holding a high school diploma, at least 10 years.
