Financial Controlling & Reporting
- Develop, prepare, analyze, and present monthly management reporting (P&L, cost centers, project margins, balance sheet, projections) across different consolidation levels
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency between different systems, clearly explaining variances, risks, and opportunities
- Maintain a rolling forecast, aligned with the latest business developments and management guidance
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting to Group/HQ, in line with deadlines and standards
- Support the Business Plan and long‑term planning process, including scenario and sensitivity analyses
Projects, Investments & Growth
- Lead project controlling activities, ensuring performance tracking versus baseline budgets
- Develop clear variance analysis and actionable recovery plans
- Supervising project liquidity and cash‑flow reporting, reflecting up‑to‑date project assumptions
- Run financial simulations and analyses during M&A and investment processes
IFRS & Financial Governance
- Prepare IFRS actuals reporting during monthly, quarterly, and year‑end closings
- Validate IFRS impacts on project accounting topics (e.g. revenue recognition, accruals, provisions)
- Reconcile management controlling figures with statutory and general ledger data
- Prepare comprehensive IFRS reporting packages, including commentary, bridge analyses, and audit‑ready documentation
- Present monthly results (IFRS and local GAAP) to the Head of Admin & Finance, highlighting key insights
Processes & Leadership
- Design and implement the Italian OPEX cost‑controlling framework
- Continuously improving financial processes in compliance with corporate and local requirements
- Act as finance business partner to all internal functions
Your energy is required
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 7–10+ years of experience in Controlling/Finance, with strong exposure to project controlling
- Demonstrated experience in IFRS reporting of actual figures and close processes (monthly/quarterly).
- Proven people coordination/leadership experience (direct or functional leadership)
- M&A knowledge is a plus
