Your contribution to the energy transition
As our Treasurer you are responsible for managing and overseeing the Company's treasury activities, ensuring adequate liquidity management, supporting cash flow planning activities, compliance with internal controls, and effective management of banking relationships.
Reporting to the Accounting, Tax and Treasury Team Leader, you’ll support strategic treasury initiatives and acts as a key point of reference for stakeholders.
Payments & Banking Operations
- Manage weekly payment cycles, ensuring correct authorizations and compliance with internal procedures
- Manage treasury-related accounting entries
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Manage bank accounts and banking platforms, ensuring efficient treasury operations
- Coordinate bank mandates, signatories and treasury documentation
Reconciliations & Controls
- Review bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
- Maintain and strengthen treasury internal controls and compliance procedures
- Ensure compliance with Group policies and local regulatory requirements related to treasury activities
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare periodic treasury reports, including cash position
- Support Accounting, Tax and Treasury Team Leader with treasury-related reporting and financial analyses
- Monitor and report on customer collections, overdue receivables and supplier payment status
Process Improvement & Projects
- Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, automation and reporting
- Participate in ERP, digitalization and treasury management system projects
- Collaborate with Accounting, Controlling, Procurement and Business functions to improve processes and performance
Your energy is required
- High school diploma / Degree / Master’s qualification in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- If holding a degree or masters qualification, at least 8 years’ experience in accounting roles, preferably within international or project‑based environments, reporting to headquarters or group-level finance functions, collaborations with internal departments and external auditors/fiscal advisors.
- If holding a high school diploma, at least 10 years.
