Graduate Engineering Program

We’re looking for dynamic electrical, electronic, and mechatronics engineering graduates for our 1-year Graduate Electrical Engineer program starting in March 2025. This exciting opportunity offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and training in core engineering principles and specialized skills. You'll support key engineering activities, system design, and compliance for solar PV power plants across the EMEA region, and collaborate with our sales and project management teams on bid preparations and project support.

We look forward to getting to know you and are eager to hear why you want to work at JUWI. Think of questions you need answers to. Feeling nervous? All applicants feel that way. It's natural and makes you more relatable.

(Business-) Casual

Your interview attire should match the job and reflect who you are. At JUWI, we dress according to the occasion and feel comfortable doing so. A service technician will opt for practical clothing, those meeting with business partners will choose the appropriate outfit, and in our offices, we dress casually.

How do I find out about new vacancies?

Keep an eye on our career page or set up a job alert which will send you an automatic notification when new positions are posted. You can set up a job alert here.

When is the best time to apply?

Never wait to apply! Express your interest as soon as an advertised position sparks your interest.

There are no vacancies posted, are proactive applications appreciated?

If there aren't any positions available on our career page, this means that recruitment has been satisfied for the time being. Although this is the case, feel welcome to reach out with questions. 

How do I apply to JUWI?

Click on the "apply now" button visible at the end of each job advert and follow the prompts. An application form will open for your attention, here you can also upload any supporting documentation. 

Do not forget to upload your CV/resume. This is important to be sure that your application is considered.

Is there a deadline for applications?

If there is a defined application deadline, you will find it in the job advertisement. If not, you can apply as long as our posting is still online.

What if I do not meet all the requirements of the job advert?

We encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick every box.

How does the application process work?

By applying through our career page, your application is delivered directly to our recruitment team. No additional steps are needed to express your interest. If you are shortlisted for the next steps, you will receive a call or follow-up email regarding your application. First interviews are generally conducted online, while second interviews are conducted in person where possible.

If you are not suitable for our current vacancy, we will inform you. We endeavor to provide feedback to every individual who enters our recruitment process. Our recruitment process includes psychometric assessments; however, this step will be communicated to you, as the assessment is completed online via a secure link.

If you are successful in your application, our local HR team will extend an offer of employment to you. At this stage, we are excited and hope to have you onboard as soon as possible.

Please note: For EMEA (Italy, Greece, South Africa), our recruitment team is based in South Africa. This means that if you are shortlisted, you will receive a call from a foreign number followed by an email regarding your application. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder.

I have submitted my application through the career portal but would like to make some changes. Is that possible?

Once you receive a confirmation of receipt, your application is registered in our system. Please note that once your application is submitted, you cannot go back and make changes directly. If you need to update any information, inform us of the changes you wish to make, and we will update your documents accordingly.

Which documents should my application include?
